have certified organic and organically-raised, grass-fed animals. Our certified organic cattle are born and
raised on our organic farm; the certified organic turkeys are bought as
day-olds. Our organically raised cattle and Tamworth pigs are bought at weaning
and raised on our organic farm.

Beef is Best:
It’s nutrient rich. It’s lower in cholesterol and it’s leaner than grain-fed beef.
